Ms. Nancy Hull
Mrs. Nancy Hull is a 4th degree black belt. She began her training in 1995, under the tutelage of Master Cheryl French in Rochester, Washington.
Mrs. Hull has thoroughly embraced the teachings of Taekwon-Do for both its physical and mental/spiritual benefits. Although she is an instructor, she still continues to train several times a week. She teaches Taekwon-Do in Chehalis, Washington, with her husband, Chuck Hull. In addition to teaching Taekwon-Do, Mrs. Hull has worked as a paralegal for over 20 years.
Mr. Chuck Hull
Mr. Chuck Hull is a 3rd degree black belt. He began his training under Mrs. Dorothy Caldwell beginning in 1991. After a short hiatus in training he resumed his studying with Master Cheryl French in 2002.
Mr. Hull teaches in Chehalis, Washington with his wife, Nancy Hull. He also trains extensively in addition to teaching classes. When he is not teaching or training, Mr. Hull works as a foreman for a commercial flooring application company.
Great Grandmaster Hong Sik Kim
Great Grandmaster Hong Sik Kim is President of a Taekwon-Do organization which includes schools in Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana and Colorado and Hawaii. He is a Colonel in the Oregon National Guard, Reserve Projects Officer, and Dean of International Affairs at Canyonville Christian High School. Great Grandmaster Kim finished 4 years of college, majoring in Russian, and went on to earn a Ph.D. in Humanities from the School of Arts and Sciences at Columbia Pacific University in California. He was a Korean National Police Instructor, and has devoted more than 40 years to the martial arts, including boxing, Judo, Sumo, and Taekwon-Do.
Great Grandmaster Kim began taking Taekwon-Do lessons when he was 13, attending a very strict school and learning that hard work and many hours of practice are essential. Great Grandmaster Kim has said "I learned the art of negotiation and avoidance of conflict. The only time of my life I have ever engaged in real fighting was when I was 12 years old, before I began studying Taekwon-Do." Great Grandmaster Kim has guided and inspired over 30,000 students since beginning his career as an instructor over 30 years ago.
